Magdalen College’s Knights of Columbus College Council is please to announce that our Grand Knight, Thomas Hogan ’22 has been chosen from among all the nation’s college councils to be one of the ten members of the Board of College Councils of the Knights of Columbus.

Magdalen College’s Knights of Columbus Council is very active on campus and in the community. It was awarded the Faith in Action National award earlier this year.

The ten members of the College Council Board are students selected from Councils around the country to represent the needs and interests of College Councils to the staff of the Supreme Council. They advise on new strategic initiatives that would work for College Councils and they assist in the planning and organization of the annual College Councils Conference to which we send five students each year. The general Conference is a means of training future leaders.

Members of the Board to which our worthy Grand Knight Thomas Hogan is now a member are expected serve as a liaison for the College Councils in their region, serve as an ambassador for the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council, display professional leadership and prepare and present training workshops during the College Councils Conference.
