The students and faculty of Magdalen College will return to campus for the spring term on January 18, 2021.

On Friday October 23, 2020, the administration of Magdalen College determined that, God willing, it would bring students and faculty back to campus for the spring term, beginning January 18, for in-person learning.

Students will leave campus just before Thanksgiving and finish the term remotely in early December. They will then return on January 18, which is a week later than originally planned.

The spring 2021 term will be marked not only by the continuation of the rigorous normal studies in the curriculum, but also by Junior projects, Senior Theses and Portfolios, and comprehensive exams. Also, the collegiate community will continue its celebration of Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy: Anno di Dante through a variety of events. Among other activities, students will perform parts of the Inferno, and the faculty will deliver lectures and host panels.

Note: The college is accepting transfer students for the spring term. If you are interested, contact Marci Houle at [email protected] or 603-456-2656.
