In the first days of 2018, a friend of the College made a surprising offer: he will donate one-million dollars if the College raises a million-dollar match by April 6, 2018. This is the largest ‘matching gift’ in the history of the College.

“For a school of our size, this gift represents an unprecedented opportunity,” said Dr. George Harne, President. “Every member of our community will see the impact as the gift helps us pursue our mission of great books educationand faithful discipleship.”
The benefactor behind this pledge has a lifelong passion for the great books, and he is also deeply committed to his Catholic faith. By supporting Northeast Catholic College, he integrates these loves and establishes them for a generation of young people.
Both cash donations and pledged donationswill count towards the match total.
According to President Harne, “the College has been blessed by the support of generous donors from around the country. These friends have made possible new initiatives in support of the College’s spiritual life, Career Pathways Program, service programs, and great books education. Our newest development is a partnership with Fr. Michael Gaitley, a Marian Father of the Immaculate Conception, and the Marian Missionaries of Divine Mercy to provide spiritual formation for our students.”
During the period of this matching gift, every donation or pledge has its impact doubled. All are invited to give today. Donations can be made online, or by check to:
